Altoona aims to block release of recordings in LM's case. They are objecting to the release of audio & video recordings linked to Luigi's arrest by claiming that in light of an ongoing police investigation, his right to a fair trial outweighs public interest in those recordings.

1. is MUCH more imp than non-statutory bc gov has to prove at least one statutory factor to impose DP. if they only prove non-statutory, it doesn't matter. 2. is the one we esp need to keep an eye on bc the alleged evidence leaked so far only applies to that, not the other one
