Shenandoah Valley Catholic transplanted to southern Appalachia. Father of 5. Leading my family to Christ. Public land enjoyer.
I remember being 8, fishing a cow pond on a hot summer afternoon. Laid back in the grass, eyes closed waiting on a bite. Falling asleep to the wind through the sycamores shading me, faint call of a rain crow, and Grandad raking hay in the distance. Didn't know how good I had it

Imagine constantly making negative political posts when you can just share pictures of the places and things you love instead

Someone's dog was out in the road this morning

Beautiful Kentucky morning for a long run. It's going to be a hot one today

Good morning from the foggy foothills of the Misty Mountains

Kentucky is basically the Shire

A few more pictures from my morning run

The heavens declare the glory of God; the firmament proclaims the works of His hands.

Finished an early 9 mile run just as the sun was coming up. We are incredibly blessed to be able to call this place home.
