I hate that businesses are doing this, but I also don’t think the government needs to be telling businesses how to set prices. Having said that…I bet there are a LOT of people who would be okay with the government stepping in here.

I don’t necessarily have a problem with the AG (or a district/county attorney) hiring outside help in big cases. In many instances, the payout more than covers the cost. However, I would like to see at least a little discussion about caps on hourly rates.
