This is what happens when you dehumanize government employees, give bullshit 2% COLAs and micromanage employees. @CityofCleveland @JustinMBibb take notes.
Good morning Philadelphia. Dont cross the picket line. Dont use city dumping sites. Put pressure on the city until they pay sanitation workers the money they deserve. When you see all the trash piled up remember it’s because the Mayor decided to line her friends pockets instead
And when employees gave consistently negative feedback from the Energage survey you did….what exactly? Listening without action is not action.
This is what democracy is all about. I welcome residents sharing their concerns and feedback. That's how I can ensure my administration better meets the community's needs. Grateful for everyone who showed up to voice their opinion. wkyc.com/article/news/l…
Late to the game, but @CLEMayorsOffice gave directors $15-20k salary increases. Since @JustinMBibb has been mayor the average employee increase is probably less than $4-5k. He doesn’t care about the little guys and he never has.
Hey @UHhospitals @QuestDX waiting nearly 45 minutes for bloodwork IS INSANE. @UHhospitals I don’t care how much money you save switching to @QuestDX this is bullshit and terrible patient care
And while I’m at it - my department doesn’t let employees take same day vacation. Have an emergency that’s not medical? Doesn’t matter. This is disgraceful @CLEMayorsOffice.
The @CityofCleveland and @CLEMayorsOffice @JustinMBibb reaches a new low every day. I accidentally clocked out seconds early and am going to be docked for one minute of pay even though I am considered an hourly worker and have never been paid for any overtime I’ve worked.

So, when regular employees are ill they have to take sick time, but when Mayor’s Office employees are ill - they work remote. @CLEMayorsOffice that is so fucked up. @JustinMBibb you should be ashamed of the culture you’ve created. You have left us all behind and eroded morale.
So HR @CityofCleveland rolled out a new company to manage FMLA on 5/1 and we just got notified TODAY. No directions, no nothing. I submitted a request that, per federal law, should have been approved days before the transition and was ignored by HR. @CLEMayorsOffice @JusinMBibb
I have to leave 30 minutes early today. If i was in the @CLEMayorsOffice I wouldn’t have to take any PTO. @JustinMBibb has fostered an environment of inequality & EVERYBODY knows it. His admin is actively decreasing morale because he hired another lame duck HR director.
It’s crazy how many people take an elevator a single floor at 601. Like it’s only 20 stairs 😩
When @CLEMayorsOffice fails to retain talent this is what happens. You folks think I’m bitching when I call out how bad and archaic the HR policies are, but those policies are why the local government is bad.

Learned that employees in the @CLEMayorsOffice only have to work 8 hour days & have extreme flexibility. Meanwhile, some departments work 8.5 and 9 hour days with zero flexibility. Mayor Bibb promised a modernized 601, and yet we are still operating under 20 year old HR policies
Imagine both of your spouse’s parents die within a month of each other and you take bereavement leave to attend services and then return to work @CityofCleveland and get pre-disciplined for sick leave abuse. This is @CLEMayorsOffice @JustinMBibb’s City Hall.
Requested the policy that determines who is required to clock in and out @CityofCleveland and SURPRISE - it doesn’t exist. Your work life balance varies drastically from department to department. @CLEMayorsOffice
When you have a masters degree but you’re stuck standing at the clock because you got ready to leave two minutes before you can clock out. @CityofCleveland @CLEMayorsOffice @JustinMBibb
Requesting my FMLA paperwork for my chronic, incurable illness every six months because @CityofCleveland places a significant burden on disabled employees.
The @CityofCleveland denying chronically ill, disabled persons remote work for their ADA accommodation while allowing some people to regularly work remotely is unethical and maybe even, illegal. @JusinMBibb @CLEMayorsOffice
Once again, @CLEMayorsOffice @JustinMBibb’s administration is holding up significant changes to HR policies that would increase morale and retention.
