Proud moment today. Our oldest has a love for trail running. Totally different game than road running that I loved. He ran the Speedgoat 50K today at Snowbird. Never seen anything like it. 33 miles, more than 11k of elevation gain. Those runners today were unreal! @CragunPeyton

March 11, 2020, 5 years ago today.Settling into T Mobile arena for the PAC 12 tournament.We had no idea what was going to happen, after this picture. The evening session, with different stories breaking each minute, were wild. Smiles and cheers stopped over a short time. Surreal
Had the rare opportunity to see Space Mountain in the light last night. Pretty wild. Our car stopped in the middle of the ride. Lights came on. Once we realized we weren't going to get hit by the car behind us, it was cool to see it in the light.

Trevin Knell leads BYU with a 130.6 offensive efficiency. It's his 3rd season out of the last 4 where his offensive efficiency has been over 123. Jimmer only had one season (his Jr. year) where he reached the 120 mark.

Watched the Four Falls of Buffalo 30 for 30 last night. It was wild reliving those 4 straight Super Bowl appearances. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend watching it before their game this weekend. I'm absolutely pulling for them to make it back to the Super Bowl.
