Lias Yōma

1. Close your eyes. 2. Feel into a vivid, short scene — living your chosen state (wealth, joy, love). 3. As you feel it real, gently affirm: “I Am That. It is done.” 4. Open your eyes. Don’t seek. Just be. You’ve planted the seed. The Law is faithful. It will unfold naturally.

If a lifetime of certain experiences can create certain assumptions and beliefs. Then, certain assumptions and beliefs can create a lifetime of experiences.

Choose a story and hold the story...persist!!!

Persisting in your wish fulfilled is not about the effort to imagine or affirm it, and tolerating the current reality until it manifests. But rather making a firm decision with conviction within that "I am that who I assume myself to be." (and stay there)

“Say, He is Allah, [Who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.” -Surah Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4 This speaks to the Unity of all existence the One Reality beyond duality. The Eternal Refuge is the unchanging essence within.

“Let go of the past, let go of the future, let go of the present, and cross over to the farther shore of existence.”- Dhammapada, v. 348 Clinging to time and concepts binds suffering. Freedom is beyond all temporal categories, realizing the timeless nature of Being.
