Bootstrapping tip: before adding more tools, audit the ones you already pay for. Most teams can perform better just by fully using what they have. We do this quarterly at @MarsBased.
Bootstrapping forces discipline: every euro has a job. Venture money can mask bad habits; bootstrapping exposes them early and lets you fix them (and also gives you plenty of time to do it!).
