Certainly not the “world’s first”. @SagarDefence had made these over 5 years back for @indiannavy. In fact that was better. The USV could launch / recover aerial drones & also charge them & clasp them (in rough seas). It was a tech demonstrator. Also shown to USN CNO 4 years back
