Minister @lawlessj today obtained Government approval for the drafting of legislation to amend the National Training Fund (NTF) Act. This will unlock the funding package of nearly €1.5 billion announced in Budget 2025 for the tertiary education sector over a six-year period.

Minister @lawlessj was delighted to meet with members of AMLÉ (formally known as @TheUSI) this evening to discuss student concerns on matters such as Student Contribution Grant, Student Support & SUSI and Student Accommodation issues.
