Excited to share I'll be co-chairing APA Division 7, developmental psychology! So stoked to learn from senior co-chair the incredible Santiago Morales! And check out this year's incredible lineup of sessions and talks at the APA convention in August! convention.apa.org
Thrilled to share our recent publication with amazing collaborators @laurel_joy_gd josh @KirstyDonald7 @gvpolanczyk on infant EEG from two longitudinal cohorts (N=854) across two continents that are under-represented in scientific studies globally. (1/3) direct.mit.edu/imag/article/d…
This role could serve as a lunchpad for a PhD within my lab! Experience w/ infant data collection preferred. Experience w/ EEG or fMRI data acquisition helpful. Interested? Submit a cover letter, CV, & contact information for 2 recommenders to [email protected]

🚨 Curating advice for my resources website as I move through this process myself: Advice/do's/don'ts from tenured faculty for the final year leading up to tenure submission? Please re-post and share in replies below! (Also AH can't believe it's time to submit in spring!)
Do others also get the "finalizing grant" adrenaline kick the last 48 hours before deadline? I feel like I could run 100 miles while I'm cutting down 30 words and checking citations 😆
📜I just preprinted a little perspective piece / mini review on the history of the study of aperiodic neural activity - arguing there is more out there in literature than one might expect! A historical overview of the study of aperiodic neural activity: osf.io/preprints/psya…
I'm so excited to share that my first first-author paper came out in JADD today! We examined how social anxiety impacts social attention in autistic youth. Grateful to have worked with amazing mentors @jasonwgriffin , @J_McPartland , Adam Naples, and Julie Wolf on this project!
