The old Garrel may've been the one to edit the half-assembled, often silent scenes we now have of DAY THE CLOWN CRIED. Lucky for us, Kurt Walker, just as sensitive an editor, took the reins. It's what's available of Lewis's film w/o all the adulteration/commentaries of the "docs"
