The @PhillipsMuseum was one of the best art museums I’ve ever been to. So thought-provoking & our tour guide provided us with some amazing strategies for bringing art into all content areas. @KEDCGrants @KyCharge

Today’s opening session at the #kedcgrants Elevation Summit is all about the power of storytelling & was confirmation of what I’ve been preaching for years: using stories to impart information shouldn’t stop in Kindergarten. @KEDCGrants @KyCharge

Finished up day 2 at the #kedcgrants Elevation Summit and I’m so excited about the opportunities with the Ohio River Valley Innovation Learning & Library Enrichment (Orville). So many resources and so many ways to get involved. @KEDCGrants @KyCharge

“There is no learning without having to pose a question.” What an awesome way to start day 2 of #KEDCgrants Elevate Summit learning from Dan Rothstein. Teaching students how to ask questions is perhaps the most impactful thing teachers can do. @KEDCGrants @KyCharge

The #KEDCgrants Elevation Summit has something for everyone and today that “something” for me was Kentucky history. Sometimes as a teacher is great to get to just learn content & today was full of hearing the history of those whose voices are often missing. @KEDCGrants @KyCharge
