seeing posts that focus on starving children only makes me so angry. a child cannot be disentangled from the adults they are dependent on for food & care! itβs dangerous, illogical, and inhumane to assume only kids are innocent. adults deserve food too.

People have this unrealistic image of disabled people being surrounded by supportive family, doctors that take our conditions seriously, and tons of money from the govt. Yβall are gonna have a rude awakening when you become disabled. Most of us are barely surviving
The fact that the doordash disability debate happens like every 6 mos is exhausting. If you have never been abandoned by loved ones, medical instrastructure, and the govt, then youre not in a position to tell disabled people how to survive. 1/2
