Delhi Police should first seize Vintage Cars from Delhi. The Vintage & Classic Car Club of India (VCCCI) members own many cars which are over 15 years old. If required we can provide a list of club members. But all rules are made for common people not millionaires

This rule will backfire spectacularly for BJP. People are sick & tired of new rules & taxes imposed on them everyday while quality of life shows no improvement in this country and “babu class” keeps getting richer as bribes keep getting bigger.
A new source of income for the government and its stakeholders has been generated. Why would anyone drive a 15-year-old bike or car? Most probably because they can't afford a new one after paying all the taxes.
