Yesterday, I completed Emergency First Aid at Work training, It was a powerful and eye-opening experience, and I learned a great deal. With ongoing incidents such as knife crime in communities, these skills will be incredibly valuable and timely. Thank you @msmpowerhouse !

This weekend, my mum celebrated her 59th Birthday 🎁 she had a great time, I organised a surprise party 🎉 invited her amazing work colleagues, our family and close ones! It was a lovely afternoon, the weather really came through for us, we remembered our Prince too! R.I.P ❤️

What a brilliant night at the youth club! We had so much happening, from free hair cuts from 121 Barber Therapy (which the lads really appreciated), music-making in the studio, and a great dance session the girls got stuck into. We welcomed 10–15 new sign-ups too. Soo proud!

6/6 school proms now completed, I am soooo proud! Each one has gone soo well, the students have been wonderful, fantastic energy and good vibes, even teachers have danced and enjoyed! I am soooo happy! 🙏🏽
