Our day concluded with a tour of the Quebec National Assembly and the @ParrishHeimbeck grain terminal, gaining firsthand insight into the policy and infrastructure shaping grain movement in the region.
One really interesting ag-tech start-up I got to learn more about this week at AIM was @InputsProAg! Kristen was wonderful to talk to. If you’re sick of carrying around your bulky crop protection guide, I highly recommend checking these guys out! Great idea!

Finishing the twitter legend circle at AIM today @QuickDickMcDick

Nothing but laughs with this crew today!
Why do like @AginMotion and farm shows? Me: The people 😃 @SaskWheat @rgstone1 @kowalchukfarms1 @domoreag @GrainGrowers @oldmangord
Boots on the ground at AIM!! It’s been great getting to visit with everyone!
Our Policy Manager, @katesauser14, is at #AginMotion this week connecting with farmers, industry, and stakeholders on the ground. If you see Kate, be sure to stop and say hello! 👋 🌾 #AgInMotion #CdnAg #PolicyInAction
Finally got to jump in on the twitter legends panel here @rgstone1 @kowalchukfarms1

I’ll be posted up at Ag in Motion today in the @SaskWheat booth ! (Booth #105). Feel free to come say hi anytime from 10:30-3:00! 😊🌾

At the International Consortium on Applied Bioeconomy Research, panelists explored how involving growers early in ag research leads to: ✅ Practical innovations 💰 Economic feasibility 🚜 High on-farm adoption in SK 🌎 Panelists included SaskOilseeds ED (@aggytracy), alongside…
Another piece of my research I’d love to share. Farmers are often driven to innovate/adopt based on economic sustainability. In turn, environmental sustainability is achieved. This goes hand in hand in terms of min-till and HT crops to name a couple! @stuartsmyth66

Today, @rgstone1 brought up how most seeding innovations were started within 4 hours of his own farm (near Davidson, SK). Because of this, I figured I’d share part of my Master’s research that tells the story of Saskatchewan producer driver innovation. How amazing!

An amazing panel today at #ICABR2025 chaired by @CamiDRyan! Thank you Tracy Broughton, Shawna Mathieson, Rob Stone (@rgstone1), Jill McDonald (@jill_islabrook), and Paul Thiel for sharing your expertise. Also included was an opening video from Senator Rob Black.

Had the opportunity to present my research today at #ICABR2025! I shared how zero-till equipment is reducing CO2 emissions and advancing sustainable agriculture in Saskatchewan. Grateful for this great opportunity! 🌾📉 #AgPolicy #SustainableAg

Thank you to Secretary of State for Rural Development @BuckleyBelanger for touring our @SaskPulse Director @gustgd’s farm this weekend to hear from producers on what the government can do to support and grow rural communities, including Canada’s grain sector. #cdnpoli
IT'S STANLEY CUP FINAL GAME DAY! The #Oilers will look to even up the series with Florida tonight in Game 4. ⏰ 6pm MT 🎥 Oilers+ (pre/post) 📺 @Sportsnet 📻 @CHED880 #LetsGoOilers
We’re excited to welcome @katesauser14 as GGC’s new Policy Manager! Raised on a mixed grain and cattle farm in Saskatchewan, Kate brings on-farm experience, sector knowledge, and strong policy expertise. She’s also a high-level hockey referee! Bio👉tinyurl.com/4v55rst5
The 45th Parliament has begun, and parliamentarians have a short-time frame to get bills passed. It’s time to pass legislation that permanently removes the carbon tax from on-farm activities.
Thank you to Minister @CornwallHeath for meeting with our Executive Director @KylePLarkin this morning to discuss short-term and long-term priorities for Canadian grain farmers in the 45th Parliament. #cdnpoli
