Took a 5-month break from working out. Lost muscle, confidence, and half my dignity trying to lift an empty bar again. But we go again. Brick by brick. Set by set. With joints that now sound like popcorn. Progress will be made. Even if it’s limping.
Having no one but having adult money is insane. Went to buy glasses. Couldn’t pick between 4. Called 3 people for opinions.. no one picked up. So I bought all 4. Clarity achieved.

The best thing I did for myself was delete Instagram. Now no one’s ignoring my stories, no reels left on seen, no endless doomscrolling while pretending I’m fine. Just me, my thoughts, and a silence so loud it reminds me I don’t really have anyone. And maybe never did.
