This…I will get the EAP activated and then calm the athlete and let them know what is going to happen. Sometimes the biggest part of the emergency is talking to them and letting them know what is going on. The calmer they are the easier it makes our job as 1st responders.
Off day = time to hike 🥾☀️🌱🌎 I spent my day away from the facility exploring Fort Yargo State Park in Winder, Georgia. I also proudly became the owner of an annual state park pass. With that being said, every chance I get while I’m here, I’ll be making the most of it!
