Tonight history was made, as I became the first Baltimore County Councilman in the history of Baltimore County to be selected as Chairman three years in a row, and four of the last six years.

Had a great time at the Baltimore County Young Democrats barbecue last week! It was wonderful connecting with so many passionate and engaged young leaders who are committed to shaping a better future for our county. Keep up the great work!

Trump's proposed gutting of funding for public media is yet another attack on the fundamentals of democracy. I know our Maryland senators plan to do the right thing and vote against these cuts, which have been passed by the House. I hope the Senate do the right thing n say NO!
Kicked off the Fourth of July celebrations with our first stop: the Dundalk parade! It was incredible way to start the day — full of energy, community prior, and patriotic spirit. Grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate and show their support. On to the next celebration.

Congratulations to former Buck, Julian Reese @Reese10Julian, for signing with the Lakers for Summer League @jonhughes_edu @DanMiller_DPMMS @dbarnesdeerpark @MsBriRoss @MrsOutlaw_DPMMS #onedeerpark
Happy Juneteenth! Today we celebrate freedom, honor resilience, and reflect on the ongoing journey toward justice and equality.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there—those raising kids, mentoring others, and showing up in the big and small moments. Your strength, love, and quiet sacrifices don’t go unnoticed. Grateful every day for the gift of fatherhood and the love of family!

NO KING DAY PROTEST! All across America! #nokingday

Last Sunday, we celebrated Debbie Phelps and her incredible 50 years of service to Baltimore County students. From teacher to principal to Foundation President, she’s left an indelible mark on our schools. Thank you, Debbie, for your leadership and legacy!
