Phillies No. 2 Prospect Aidan Miller stole his 31st base of the season in the first inning tonight at Somerset. Miller is the first R-Phils to swipe 31+ bags in a season since Roman Quinn in 2016. It's also just the fifth time since 2010 a R-Phil stole 30+ bags in a season.
