new project: cleo (kindle + llm) 📚 cleo is an ios app that pairs whatever book you're reading on kindle with an llm (o3) — ask questions, get recaps/summaries, or listen/discuss (think audiobooks but interactive). the llm has context on exactly where you are + the book…
new ios app — Passport passport lets you "take your tools with you" as you navigate across AI tools, contexts, and models. really its just an awesome MCP manager but it goes a lot further and attempts to solve some really big pain points I've had and have witnessed others have.…
something new coming for @every subs from @josephpalbanese coding in all his glory after staying up all night:
SplitPaneKit This is something I've wanted to componentize for a while. We've seen this pattern appear in a few apps now, I even use it at Abode. It has a couple "gotcha" moments with performance and optimisation while animating separate or child views with the drag and…
New in ChatGPT iOS: easy follow-up questions. Double tap or long press text, hit “Ask ChatGPT,” and ask a question or just learn more
Launched @CoraComputer today. LFG... Naturally, the first thing I did was make my AI assistant as sarcastic as I am. Because nothing says "productivity tool" like an inbox buddy who roasts you. Pro tip: Personality settings in the assistant, yay
walking home from dinner and had an idea for an experiment to run. pulled out my phone, voice noted it to claude, the code was ready to play with by the time i got home. crazy feeling. autonomous thought partner in your pocket.
Wild: @josephpalbanese spent ONE DAY and built a memory system for the new agentic version of @TrySpiral This is the coolest thing about coding with AI: it lets your talented friends jump on the keys and collab on a project with minimal setup time. I predict more and more…
Anthropic purchased millions of physical print books to digitally scan them for Claude
Today Any Distance is going open source. We had the privilege of collaborating with @dankuntz to put together an interactive blog post showcasing some of his favorite moments from the app. spottedinprod.com/blog/any-dista…
.@josephpalbanese demoing one of the most creative AI agent experiences I’ve ever seen at the @every office today
i'm not sure why exactly this is but when i use @diabrowser i wind up with dozens of stale windows that i minimize and forget about. not a fun feeling. never had that with arc. i assume its some combo of spaces/how arc handles synced windows.
TIL you can toggle an MCPs on/off in settings. a bit hard to find but necessary in the age of MCP bloat. cc @ryolu_
Heard that some eng teams at big co's are now are now testing their API designs against LLMs before release. They run evals to see which API structure is easiest for the model to work with and redesign it if the model struggles to understand the format. I expect this to scale to…
the value & utility of @AnthropicAI claude code visualized via my api spend. 🟩🚃 → feb - apr: $27.22 🟨🚀 → may - jun $299.42 it's still an adjacent tool for me. i prefer the IDE ui like cursor but i've "prompt-model-fit" with claude code for very specific tasks.

gpt4o in ChatGPT vs Apple Intelligence (on device Foundation model) prompt: "what are the top 3 coffee shops in lower manhattan?" not saying one is better than the other but fun to test. reply with your prompts and ill run a side by side for you.
Qewie by @josephpalbanese should be a case study on Apple's developer docs for how to make a clean and delightful utility app with SwiftUI. Fiddle with color, radius, patterns, in a beautiful single screen app. apps.apple.com/app/id66739162…
