DS90 targets a highly conserved epitope on the fusion (F) glycoprotein of Nipah virus, blocking its activity at nanomolar levels. Using #cryoEM @CMMUQ1 we mapped the binding site and mechanism, revealing a novel pocket of vulnerability.
