If you’re young and want to make serious money, become an elevator repair tech. We’ve added a few communities with elevators over the past year, and the maintenance costs are absolutely insane.

I just spent two days in Boston and I’m blown away. This has to be the cleanest city in the country. I walked all over, day and night, and never felt unsafe. I didn’t see a single vagrant. What’s Boston doing that every other major city isn’t?
