Sazaki and I have created this PSA about what to do when you're about to drown, in hopes that it helps prevent water accidents from happening this summer and onwards.

I don't want to rag on the guy who made this too hard since cel animation is pretty much a lost art form now. But I feel the backlash against spongebob's "wacky faces" went so far that people forgot the first season had plenty of silly expressions and unique perspective shots
