Behind Every Objection… Is a fear. “Too expensive” = “I’m afraid it won’t work.” Address the fear, not just the words.
Client: “It feels expensive.” Me: “Compared to what?” That one question reframed the whole conversation and we closed the deal.
Client: “I need to think about it.” You: “Totally get it! Just out of curiosity, what would you be thinking about the most?” Boom. You’ve just reopened the conversation.
Don’t be too busy working for their company, that you forget to work on your own. It’s a common trap, be careful.
