unpopular take: virality >> talking to users 10,000 users’ worth of data is a lot more helpful than talking to 3 users it’s just not recommended because not everyone can get 10,000 users’ worth of data immediately except thx to short form, u can now think more ab going viral
in the past 2 weeks I have done 104 user interviews and HOLY SH*T… I believe we have found a HUGE pain point I beg you… TALK TO YOUR USERS/CUSTOMERS DAILY so excited to build towards this :) P.S. if you are a CEO, and not talking to users daily… you are cooked

Do not become a founder. I beg you. Most people are lying to you. It’s 9am–9pm days, 60% pay cuts, work weekends, 101 calls/week, constant frustration. But… you feel alive. You’re always on the brink of breakthrough. Small wins feel massive. It’s hard & not everyone should do…
