I go to work for 8 hours, come home, walk my dogs 2+ miles, make dinner, work from home some more, hit a full body workout and can STILL make time to watch a show with my man, go back to back rounds and give lots of aftercare until we both fall asleep. (That man could be you).

I’ve lost 40lbs in 6 months and I honestly thought I would’ve lost more. I’ve felt stuck for the last 2 months or so. But I guess that’s okay and part of it. I’m pivoting: less carbs/sugar, more protein and a lot more discipline. I didn’t come this far to coast.
