WWE Canada called me in the late 90s. Not sure how they even got my number. They asked me to send them an 8x10 and a tape of some matches. I said I’m not a worker. They said, “Uhh… we’ll call you back.” Never did of course. Always wondered how the hell that happened.
Name a piece of wrestling lore about yourself.
Logan Paul should almost go into the WWE Hall of Fame the way he’s making Jelly Roll’s practically immobile offense look devastating. #SmackDown
This was the beginning of an all-time great wrestling angle between Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage that aired in October of 1987. The story lasted over a year, culminating in a match at WrestleMania 5 in 1989. And because it didn't air live, they edited it beautifully.
Looks like there will be wrestling legends in attendance at SmackDown tonight to honor Hulk Hogan.
On our way to Cleveland to honor a friend!
TOMAHAWK!

Do I think that 500k people watch AEW Dynamite on HBO Max? Definitely not. But do I think that nobody watches on Max? Of course not. So the idea of people doing victory laps because NXT’s number on CW beats Dynamite’s number on TBS… it’s silly given what we don’t know.

People close to Hulk Hogan had told me that they weren't happy that his management team was "running him into the ground" promoting his beer brand over the last year. Here is a clip from Logan Paul's podcast last summer talking about the grind and lack of sleep.
One of the greatest moments in the history of professional wrestling. I've seen this clip a thousand times, and I'm sure I'll see it a thousand times more. RIP Hulk Hogan.
Shocking. Condolences to the family of Hulk Hogan. tmz.com/2025/07/24/hul…
On today's episode of @Fightful's The Hump podcast with @SeanRossSapp, we talked about The Undertaker laying out TNA Champion, Trick Williams. I said that like it or not, it was done due to NXT being in Houston and WWE wanting to draw a house and pop a rating. It worked.

Watching the @TestifyDVon interview with @ChrisVanVliet. What a personable, well spoken, down-to-earth guy D-Von is. A 17-month old baby at 52! And another example of what a saint @RealDDP is. youtube.com/watch?v=vWiYhC…
My first exposure to Ozzy Osbourne was in '86 when he was in the corner of the British Bulldogs at WM 2. Years later I heard of him through his reality show and thought, "Isn't that the guy that was with the Bulldogs?" 🙂 I was ignorant to his legacy. Condolences to his family.

Aside from Jim Johnston - Jimmy Hart, Cyndi Lauper and Rick Derringer. All three made massive contributions to WWE in the 80s and into the 90s.
What musical acts or performers would be in the Wrestling Music Hall of Fame? Think body of work, how over their contributions got, and historical significance. Obviously Jim Johnston. Give me 5-10 more!
It’s not about the talent. Most television executives unless they’re big wrestling fans, won’t know Trick Williams or Jacy Jayne, or Mike Santana, and probably not Joe Hendry. But they will absolutely know WWE. That’s the point. Big picture.
Seeing a lot of discourse over the TNA Slammiversary results. But you're not seeing the big picture. TNA wants a paid U.S. rights deal. Haven't had one in years. And now they have a chance, mostly because of the WWE/NXT partnership. Like it or not, that's business.
Holy shit. I grew up watching The Cosby Show. RIP Malcolm-Jamal Warner, aka Theo. people.com/malcolm-jamal-…
I think when Triple H first met with Vince McMahon in 1995, he said that if wrestling didn't work out, he'd like to give professional bull riding a shot *. Now's his chance! * I might have made that up.
