Hard to find words to describe the daily barbaric atrocities committed by Israeli forces against civilians fighting starvation in Gaza. Trump admin and US senators who recently met with Netanyahu must be held accountable for allowing Israel to continue the genocidal war.
The crime of starvation is unfolding before the eyes of the world. People choose to die by bullets outside the Israeli-American hunger engineering centers rather than from starvation. So far, no fewer than 1,000 starving Palestinians have been killed outside these centers.
This suggests UN expert Francesca Albanese is doing something right. US sanctions won’t deter her and other international human rights experts and bodies from speaking out and taking action against Israel’s mass atrocities in Palestine.
Today I am imposing sanctions on UN Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese for her illegitimate and shameful efforts to prompt @IntlCrimCourt action against U.S. and Israeli officials, companies, and executives. Albanese’s campaign of political and economic…

This Father’s Day, join me in calling for the immediate release of Mahmoud Khalil.
NYU prides itself on being a global institution committed to academic freedom and the exchange of ideas. But punishing a student for using his voice to speak out against Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza is deeply troubling and runs counter to these values. theguardian.com/us-news/2025/m…

Deporting international students involved in pro-Palestinian protests will escalate trauma & polarisation on US campuses: UN experts urge US authorities to end to repression & retaliation, incl. through arbitrary detention of lawful permanent residents. ohchr.org/en/press-relea…
Mahmoud Khalil’s unlawful and retaliatory detention flies in the face of United States’ most sacred constitutional principles and sets a dangerous precedent for government abuse of power to silence and punish dissenting voices.

This is very troubling. @Columbia University has obligations to protect its students’ rights to engage in protest without fearing intimidation, discrimination, retaliation or unlawful and discriminatory punishment.
WhatsApp group Columbia Alumni for Israel "which counts over 1,000 members, including parents, at least one current student, and Columbia professors" is mobilizing to get students arrested & deported for the crime of protesting for Palestinian lives/rights.
