I interviewed a gen z girlie 6 months ago and in the interview she told me that she does not like a challenge, has no interest in career progression, prefers to just do repetitive tasks and will never complain about being bored. I hired her.
Don't drop out of college to start or work for a startup. There will be other (and probably better) startup opportunities, but you can't get your college years back.

That's how I went for an interview for a management role, and by the time I was done answering the "tell me about yourself" question, the interviewer admitted that I've answered all his follow-up questions 😭😭 We just had a conversation for the rest of the time! 🌚
During interviews, you’ll know the candidate who used interview prep vs the one who has an actual experience. Nothing beats learning by doing!

The way the HR/panel go mark you as “problematic” if it’s an unserious organization/ company erh 😂 But yes ask them situational questions It’ll really gives you a glimpse of what you’re getting yourself into You’ll know from the way they answer if they’re serious or not.
Even better when you frame it as a situational question Instead of asking: How does your company reward high performance? Ask: When last was someone promoted on the team? What are the behaviours they exhibited? You get real and true answers that way!
