It's really just that glutamate at position that 57 stops SOX17 from being an ultra-SOX when making pluripotent stem cells, and it does not really matter which residue we put there. Congrats to @Jessie_HSY (now @boroviak_lab ), @haoqing_hu and the team cell.com/stem-cell-repo…
