In my opinion for voting to happen on a polling station there should be an established minimum quorum. An alternative is to merge with the next polling station or for candidates & agents to agree that for all the 8 persons in Mandirisa-Makindye @DailyMonitor can go to one!

I think advice on retirement age should be to Public Service which is 60 years. Secondly we know what defiling our constitutional mechanisms has led us too. Thirdly, allow Caesar dictate on Caesarean matters. Church considers reducing from 65 years - to 60. There is life after!
