NOW: Multiple migrants arrested by Federal Agents inside Federal Plaza building in NYC, as Senator and City Council attempt to prevent it.
He has also said he'd like to see #housing instead of a #megajail on the site of the #tombs , and our plan is the only way to get both housing and relocating the Manhattan jail to a safe site, not near residents.
