Nothing makes me feel better about my mortgage than seeing rental rates on a newly built apartment building in Glenwood. These prices are more than my mortgage that includes 35 acres of Aspen forest, 4 beds, 2 baths, and an unfinished barn.

My wife is attending some meetings here in Grand Junction. I went to the @tesla V2 to find a full station and only pulling 23kw. Moved over a few feet to the @Rivian chargers and started pulling 150kw. I don’t think many folks know it’s now open to all EV’s.
