Croatian sources have told me Hull City are set to sign Westerlo striker Matija Frigan. Deal is no fee for 18 months due to the restrictions in place, signing as a loan then becoming a permanent. Fee €9M - cautious to post but sources are confident. #hcafc #hullcity
