Do we know what Aitcheson will be doing this year? I thought I read somewhere he was looking at the NCAA, but it feels a little late for this year. He’ll probably go back to Barrie, but he can’t sign his ELC if he wants to go to college.
I do believe Bridgeport can make the playoffs this year. If the changes that are being made work, no doubt they’ll make it. In their division, 6 out of the 8 teams make the playoffs, so it’s really not hard. It would be very cool to see Eklund at the end of the season.
My smart friend @mndamico reminds me that Eklund, because he is a 1st rder out of Europe, is eligible to play for BPT this season if he doesn't make #Isles out of camp. AHL age limit is only for CHLers. ELC still slides. He's going back to SWE. Can join BPT for playoffs...
