I read an article last year about how in American architecture, homes became increasingly larger to accommodate for the end of public life. The bar, the gym, the theater…every shared space was crammed into the home to ensure one’s entire life became a private silo.

My completely unrealistic policy desire for Zohran is a massive cleanup project to make the east river & hudson swimmable. If you could walk down to BK Bridge park & spend the afternoon swimming......... God would shine a light so holy on this city, we would create a new Babylon
