seeing posts that focus on starving children only makes me so angry. a child cannot be disentangled from the adults they are dependent on for food & care! it’s dangerous, illogical, and inhumane to assume only kids are innocent. adults deserve food too.
When future children ask with horror how we didn’t stop this it’ll be crazy to try to explain that opposing the forced starvation was deeply controversial. That if you said “hey you shouldn’t kill all these kids” that was taken as a sign you were a hateful person.
I have never felt so shaken. Children are dying of hunger. Falling one after another, like petals of a dying flower. Under our watch. How do you sleep, Presidents, Foreign Ministers, political leaders, diplomats, civil servants - doing nothing to stop Israel’s starvation…

Bari is scrambling to get ahead of the fact that she denied starvation in Gaza—something the photos and footage now make undeniable. Israel’s most fervent defenders have all abruptly shifted their message from denial to acknowledgement + blaming someone else in the past few days.
i actually dont think there should be any space for people changing their tune now that they oppose this current famine. it is too late. i think they should have to live with that stain forever and be totally ostracized tbh. i dont care!

At Brooklyn Navy Yard where 100+ protestors are protesting Easy Aerial and Crye Precision. Easy Aerial makes drones for the Israeli military and NYPD. Crye Precision makes uniforms for NYPD and ICE. Despite scorching temperatures, protestors are energetic.
