Hopeful, heroic, and unapologetically earnest, THE FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS is exciting, emotional, smart, and above all, fun. And proof that Marvel Studios can still make great movies. Full review at the link below. #TheFantasticFour thejamreport.com/2025/07/23/rev…
Seated and ready for round two of THE FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS. Thanks to @DisneyAUNZ for the invite. #TheFantasticFour

Got to see the AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH trailer early. Nothing else to say but it looks every bit as spectacular as the previous films. Darker vibes to everything plus a tantalising glimpse of the antagonist Varang. Ready to return to Pandora in December. #Avatar

#THEFANTASTICFOUR: FIRST STEPS is the best adaptation of Stan Lee/Jack Kirby's comic and the strongest MCU film in years. The cast is sensational with warm familial chemistry. The 60s aesthetic is gorgeous. The score is phenomenal. Sublime visuals & action. A huge win for Marvel.

It won’t redefine the slasher genre or become a classic overnight, but #IKnowWhatYouDidLastSummer offers a fresh take with enough twists and gory kills to keep you hooked. Full review at the link below. thejamreport.com/2025/07/17/rev…
While #IKnowWhatYouDidLastSummer stumbles terribly in its final stretch, it's still a genuinely tense and thrilling old-school slasher. It doesn't drown in nostalgia but knows precisely when to inject it. Great cast of characters, some gnarly kills, and plenty of surprises.

Seated and ready for a preview screening of I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER. Thanks to @SonyPicturesAUS for the invite. #IKnowWhatYouDidLastSummer

My favourite part of every press screening is when we all line up at the end to enter one of those wind tube machines and stuff as much of the studio's money in our pockets as we can.
remember folks, all the positive press is because they’re paid to be at the screening
Led by a star-making performance from David Corenswet and crafted by James Gunn with warmth, spectacle, and a surprising amount of introspection, #SUPERMAN is a genuinely rousing return to form. Full review at the link below. thejamreport.com/2025/07/09/rev…
#Superman is a great way to begin the new age of DC Studios. James Gunn delivers a hugely entertaining spectacle with so much heart and humour. David Corenswet is phenomenal in the dual roles he was born to play. It's got its flaws but too few to be fatal. Krypto steals the film.

Seated and ready for the Sydney premiere of SUPERMAN. Thanks to @warnerbrosau for the invite. #Superman

Can confirm THE ODYSSEY teaser is playing ahead of JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH in Australian cinemas from today. #TheOdysseyMovie
A film by Christopher Nolan. Shot entirely with IMAX film cameras. In theaters 7 17 26. #TheOdysseyMovie
A film that doesn’t know why it exists, doesn’t care that it doesn’t know, and assumes you won’t either, JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH is less a return to form than a weary shuffle through familiar territory. Full review at the link below. #JurassicWorldRebirth thejamreport.com/2025/07/02/rev…
While JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH is a vast improvement on the last disastrous film, it's damaged by atrocious dialogue, irritating characters, and a reductive plot that hits too many familiar franchise beats. A few great set pieces can't save it from itself. #JurassicWorldRebirth

Seated and ready for the Sydney premiere of JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH. Thanks to @UniversalPicsAU for the invite. #JurassicWorldRebirth

M3GAN 2.0 sacrifices some of the original’s horror tension in favour of bigger, bolder spectacle, but it never loses its sense of campy fun in this wild, weird, and wonderfully entertaining sequel. Full review at the link below. #M3GAN2 thejamreport.com/2025/06/26/rev…
Seated and ready for a preview screening of M3GAN 2.0. Thanks to @UniversalPicsAU for the invite. #M3GAN2

Led by a subtly mesmerising performance from Josh O'Connor, THE MASTERMIND is a quiet but biting character study of mediocrity dressed up in delusions of grandeur. Full review at the link below. #TheMastermind #SydFilmFest thejamreport.com/2025/06/24/syd…
