i do love seeing this because i think sometimes people associate quick sketch to bad art but the point of these things is have an idea first. an idea you later an develop into a complex drawing, a photo, a scene, or any art form. let yourself make those messy sketches.

'Paleo-accurate'' Indominus Rex I got commissioned to draw an hypothetical realistic Indominus Rex. It was real fun to work on this considering the fact that i'm no paleo artist and that the mere concept clashes with what paleo art really is about.

I'm updating Rexy's morphology a bit, using Scott Hartman's anatomical reference of Scotty as a base. Later, I'll slightly modify some of the facial scales and tongue, and then paint him using references from the Jurassic Park novel. #tyrannosaurus #zbrush #huion #jurassicpark
