In universe she's called queen because that's the laptop's serial number
Maybe the deck of cards didn't have a Queen for some reasone and the prophecy demanded a Queen, so the laptop became a the Queen instead.
I love the fact that we don't know Lancer's biological mother (Queen of Spades) with ComputerQueen being his adopted Girl-Dad at the end of the chapter. #DELTARUNE

I really hate the idea of the player being a separate character from... the real player. But there seems to be evidence that the "Player" existed inside Kris before our playthrough, unfortunately.
Maybe the game is implying that there was a “previous player” before we started controlling kris
