I’m glad I never read the comics tbh. I will now but the tv show was pretty much perfect to me and it’s probably because I didn’t have the weight of unmet expectations. A lot of reviews I’ve seen just sound like people wanted a different show.

Enough people have sent this to me for me to finally read it. Fundamentally this person simply wanted a tv show that went in a different direction and that one too is okay. Some of their comments re/:actions taken make it clear that they tuned out at some point too.
