This is going to be an embarrassingly, ridiculously long thread that might interest no one, but the reunion scene between Louis and Lestat in episode 8 of Interview with the Vampire is one of the most devastating and beautiful and visceral scenes I've ever seen, and definitely🧵

Okay if anyone hasn't seen Jennifer Ehle in stuff or has only seen her in Pride and Prejudice (where she's great!), she is a WILD actress, just so daring and unsentimental and fierce and strange and memorable, this could not be more perfect casting.

It's so funny seeing them do sdcc in the middle of shooting bc they're so giggly and seem so excited about the season and anxious to avoid spoilers but they (actors + Rolin) also have an almost punch-drunk-from-exhaustion-why-is-it-daytime energy 😂
