I’m stoked to have received two honorable mention awards at @icwsm! With work led by @russogiusep, thorsten and Maciej! Sad I couldn’t attend this year but looking very much forward to catching up with this community next year!!!

First paper🔬 on social polls!!!🗳️ Over 100k polls gauged support for 2020 US presidential candidates on @X, and gathered >20m votes. They favored Trump by >10% (on average). Many were used to reinforce voter fraud beliefs and were likely manipulated by bots and fake votes. 🧵1/5

Cai Yang and Sepehr Mousavi presented their works done at @mpi_sws on understanding #BehavioralAddiction and potential of rabbit holes on online short form video platform #TikTok. Both the works got accepted in @icwsm.
