In Autumn 2023, Leeds City Council introduced West Yorkshire’s first average speed cameras on the A647 and A6210 to: ➡️ Reduce speeding ➡️ Reduce collisions ➡️ Improve road safety Speed limits on two of the most dangerous routes were also reduced to 50mph.
