In Nigeria today, a lack of maintenance has become an accepted norm. Consider a public bus that operates without a side mirror; should a passenger inquire about the missing mirror, it would not be surprising to see other passengers react with bemusement or laughter.
We've really taken alot of things for granted and set many abnormal things to be the norm cause I don't understand why when I asked this keke driver for his side mirrors and other passengers gave a funny look. Hopefully he fixes it soon
