I decided that I'm going to make a 🧵 of all of my favorite scriptures of Jesus Christ. And I'm going to include the words of modern Prophets and Apostles, too. It's going to be pinned, so it's the first thing people see on my profile. So, here's my first one.

“Choose to make your faith in Jesus Christ your greatest power. Make your faith in Jesus Christ your highest priority.” @NelsonRussellM
10/12 done. Only two more sections to go! There is a light at the end of this tunnel. 🙌

This is my dad. He's well read, intolerant of stupidity, willing to teach the ignorant, will challenge you in all aspects, has swen the good and bad of life, and has overcome a lot to change his family's eternal course. He's a pretty cool guy to follow! x.com/lars_2025?t=6L…
Joseph Smith accomplished more than any mortal man could have accomplished in so short a time. During his 38 and a half years of life, Joseph Smith was a man of the frontier—young, emotional, dynamic, and so loved and approachable by the people that they often called him…
“Start today to increase your faith. Through your faith, Jesus Christ will increase your ability to move the mountains in your life.” @NelsonRussellM
"I am convinced that missionary work is not easy because Salvation is not a cheap experience." - Elder Holland This certainly puts things in perspective. How true that salvation isn't a cheap experience. If you thought your mission was hard, well, here's an Apostle who agrees.
Finally done with the gold! Just in case you were wondering, this gold thread is sooo finicky. But in this case, wow! Totally worth the trouble.

9/12 done!! Only 3 more sections to complete this. But wow, does this next section have a lot of stitches. 😭

I’m noticing a bizarre trend: Some Catholic priests are working to undermine the relationship between the Catholic Church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They do not represent the spirit of either faith. Here’s are some thoughts on what’s going on:
My new strategy: If you keep telling me how evil my church is, I'm just going to put your name on the Temple roll, keep inviting you, keep posting links to the church's website, and spam you with THIS. youtu.be/gxjQeqbzVq4?si… You have been warned.
Immortality has inspired countless stories, but it is no fiction: through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, all will rise. Immortality is His unconditional gift to all who’ve lived. Indeed, one day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is the Christ.
I saw this and had to share. Chin up! Life is not all bad! Maybe it's the Pollyanna in me, but I just think there is so much to be happy about. Even in trials. 🙂 Thanks @DLCampanile for sharing this.
Timeline cleanse for a good start to your Thursday.
God doesn’t always spare us from trials, but He promises to see us through them. True faith is trusting not in a life without burdens, but in a God who strengthens us to endure them.
