56 years ago, Apollo 11 made history when Neil Armstrong took humanity’s first step on the Moon. As a member of @HouseScience, I’m proud to support @NASAArtemis as we build on that legacy by returning to the Moon and paving the way to Mars.

We led the world with the internet. We led the world in space. Now it’s time to lead the world in AI. That starts with unlocking more energy, building data centers, and unleashing American innovation. President Trump is getting it done.

I was 21 years old on July 20, 1969, when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin took “...one small step for man, and one giant leap for mankind.” I never imagined I’d one day support @NASA as Chairman of @housescience. It’s a great honor to help carry forward the mission they began.

In today's hearing on innovative weather technologies, Chairman @RepBrianBabin shared how the recent flooding in Texas has personally affected him and emphasized the urgent need to strengthen our nation's weather forecasting capabilities.

During our Environment Subcommittee hearing today, @RepHaridopolos challenged the claim that the catastrophic flooding in Texas resulted from understaffing. "Everything has to be political...we need to focus on solving problems. In the case here, it was done by the book."
