Yesterday, HMS Mersey sailed through the Pentland Firth, passing Scapa Flow — from where the Grand Fleet sailed 109 years ago today to fight at the Battle of Jutland. We remember the courage and sacrifice of those who served at sea before us. ⚓️
Great to RV with @HMS_Tyne at sea today — always a welcome sight and a great opportunity to show just how agile our ships really are. #RoyalNavy #alwaysjoinfromahead #lookmagnificent #betterneverstops

A real privilege to host Major General Paul Otieno, Commander of the Kenya Navy and proud BRNC graduate, onboard HMS MERSEY on Thursday. Great to share experiences and showcase MERSEY’s versatility — strengthening ties through shared purpose at sea 🇰🇪⚓🇬🇧 @kdfinfo @kenyacdf
