Yeah. I guess all of us haven't got used to the Liquid Democracy. The "multiple decisions" is the one of its problems. In the case a delegator agrees A for Yes, but No for the others. If there are only 2 GAs, we can find the DRep met the conditions, but you cannot on 39 GAs.
Yep! (I like to remind delegators that they can delegate away. Sometimes a delegator might feel very strongly about 1 proposal and would like to see it funded / not funded)
